The Role

We're looking for a Senior Organic Growth Manager to build sustainable, compounding non-paid growth by researching, writing, and publishing the content that earns it.  You'll treat SEO, AEO (answer-engine optimization), and GEO (generative-engine optimization) as one channel, not three separate disciplines. You'll own the full funnel from visibility to sign-up to revenue, not just rankings.

This is a builder's role: you'll turn observations into hypotheses, test them, and scale what works, writing and shipping the content yourself rather than briefing it out, and building lightweight systems and automations so organic growth keeps compounding without a linear increase in manual effort. You'll own our organic growth programs end-to-end: strategy, content creation, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table.
