The team's mission is to empower strategic decision-making through world-class analytics, helping Spotify better understand audience behaviour, content performance, and emerging consumption trends across podcast and video formats.

Operating at the intersection of data science, content strategy, and technology, the team develops scalable measurement frameworks, uncovers actionable insights, and pioneers new analytical approaches using AI and advanced modelling techniques.
