Job Description
We are hiring a GTM Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle into P&C carriers and MGAs. You will sell to chief actuaries, heads of underwriting, and pricing leaders. This is a hunting role: prospect, run discovery, navigate procurement, and close.
Carrier procurement is hard. This role is for someone who has walked through it before. You should have closed into the rating, pricing, or actuarial function, or come from a carrier seat with relationships that open doors.
What you will do:
- Own a full-cycle pipeline from first touch to signed contract
- Run discovery calls with chief actuaries, underwriters, and pricing leaders
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across actuarial, underwriting, IT, and procurement
- Partner with the founders on demos, technical narrative, and deal strategy
- Help build the sales playbook, not just execute it
What we look for:
- 3 or more years closing B2B SaaS or selling into insurance carriers and MGAs
- A track record of carrying quota and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Insurance domain knowledge, ideally in specialty P&C, actuarial, or underwriting
- Strong communication and the credibility to be in front of senior carrier buyers
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment with limited structure
