Remote Telecaller-WFH

Job Summary

Cascade Headway Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. The selected candidates will be responsible for making and receiving customer calls, managing customer interactions through Zoho CRM and Zoho Voice, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.

We are hiring candidates who are fluent in the local language of their respective state.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  
• Handle inbound customer calls professionally (if assigned).
  
• Explain products or services clearly and confidently.
  
• Record customer interactions accurately in Zoho CRM.
  
• Use Zoho Voice for all assigned calling activities.
  
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments.
  
• Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
  
• Meet daily call and productivity targets.
  
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data security at all times.
  
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or any Graduate.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  
• Previous experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales is an added advantage.
  

Required Skills

• Fluency in at least one of the following languages:
  
  • Malayalam

• Basic English communication skills.
  
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge.
  
• Ability to learn CRM software and follow company processes.
