Job Description
The Global Zoho Administrator is a hands-on, technically focused role within Business Operations responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the tooling, automation, and overall systems that support PayJoy’s sales operational teams. This role reports directly to the Product Operations Senior Manager and serves as an execution owner for the BizOps tooling roadmap.
This person will spend most of their time configuring systems, implementing workflows, supporting integrations, maintaining data quality, and producing reliable reporting used by SalesOps, FinOps, Merchant Ops, SDR, and Lock Operations teams. The role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader system ownership over time.
